- Assessment - Using a PC-based assessment tool, we identify
and document century date issues in JCL, copybooks, code, and
data.
- Project Planning - Together with the customer, we determine
how many changes must be made and build a project plan to complete
those changes using Project Workbench.
- Modification - Performs the actual changes required
using File-AID and XPEDITER products.
- Testing - Development and execution of both test scripts
and data for all affected systems and sub-systems using PLAYBACK
or Hiperstation, XPEDITER/Xchange and File-AID.
- Customer Acceptance Test - The customer, by either
reviewing the test report and statistics or actually running the
tests themselves, signs off that the applications are ready for
the production environment.
- Migration - The century date compliant components are
migrated to the production environment using File-AID.
